Which currencies do we accept?
We accept all currencies!
No matter how small the amount or how foreign the currency, we often still know a good destination for your donation!
We even accept currency that is no longer legal tender. For example, do you still have any Dutch guilders lying around? You can simply send them to us!
Coins are no longer exchangeable, but we can still sell them to collectors abroad. Or, if collectors aren’t interested, we can melt the coins down and sell them as scrap metal.
Below you will find the overview from the European Central Bank. This overview shows you at a glance which European countries still accept their old currency.
For example, you can see that Dutch coins are no longer exchangeable, but you can exchange guilder banknotes until January 1, 2032!
