How to deliver your donation to us?
- We accept all types of foreign currency, both coins and banknotes.
- This also includes currency that is generally no longer exchangeable.
- You can drop off your donation yourself at the reception desk at the address below. Opening hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.
- You can also mail your donation. Please be sure to cover the shipping costs yourself. Please include your information (IBAN and email address) in a note inside the envelope, and we will reimburse the shipping costs.
- If you provide an email address, you will always receive a response. Please be patient, as we are volunteers and process received currency quarterly.

Donations can be dropped off at the reception desk of our collective building Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
No appointment is necessary.
There is no mailbox outside the building.
You can safely leave your donation with the receptionist. This receptionist is not from the Cambio Charity, but works for WeWork. As long as you clearly indicate on your donation that it is for office DD.22, they will know it’s for us.
You can also safely leave your donation behind the reception desk if no one is present during lunch breaks. The reception area is equipped with cameras, so the risk of theft is minimal.
Since we are depending on volonteers, and we can not guarantee daily staff availability, it’s impossible for us to come down to the reception desk in person to pick up your donation. Therefore, you can safely leave your donation at the reception desk, and leave it with a note with you e-mail address. You will ALWAYS get a receipt notification from us if you do that.
